It makes life difficult for many people, but the solution proposed by our partner makes it much easier.</p> <h2>Your daily tasks: </h2> <p>✅ Identifying health needs and providing health education for patients with diabetes;</p> <p>✅ Receiving and handling more advanced medical cases at the second level of escalation;</p> <p>✅ Effective handling of customer inquiries, both by phone and email, ensuring the highest level of customer service;</p> <p>✅ Collecting information on all medical incidents;</p> <p>✅ Organizing trainings for patients to increase their health awareness;</p> <p>✅ Conducting trainings for agents in the medical area;</p> <p>✅ Effective cooperation with the Head of Medical Affairs of the company;</p> <p>✅ Solving problems related to calls and replacing defective products in accordance with company procedures;</p> <h2>This job is for you if</h2> <p>�� You have a medical degree and an active license to practice as a nurse;</p> <p>�� You have extensive diabetology knowledge, including the ability to recognize, treat and prevent diabetes;</p> <p>�� You are fluent in English;</p> <p>�� Experience in telephone and e-mail customer service will be a great asset;</p> <p>�� You are excellent with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook;</p> <p>�� Organizational skills and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision are your strong points;</p> <p>�� You have the ability to positively cooperate with both employees and superiors;</p> <p>�� You demonstrate high personal culture, you exude empathy and precision in action;</p> <h2>What else should you know?</h2> <p>�� Employment contract;</p> <p>⌚ Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm (5 days/ week, 8h per day);</p> <p>�� Remote training and work</p> <h2>Join us and you'll get:</h2> <p>�� Attractive social packages, including a Multisport card and private medical care;</p> <p>�� We offer psychological support;</p> <p>�� A great atmosphere in a close-knit team.</p> <p>�� Holidays under a pear tree or co-financing the purchase of glasses are standard for us, if you are a parent, your children can expect Christmas presents from the company Santa Claus;</p> <p>�� We have internal programs promoting a healthy lifestyle;</p> <p>�� We provide access to extensive training platforms because we care about the development of our employees.</p> <p>⏰ Don't hesitate!
