Join us as a Senior Quality Architect and help define the quality strategy for PowerFlex, our cutting-edge software-defined storage platform.

You will:

• Define and lead the quality strategy for PowerFlex.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to enhance validation processes.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation in quality assurance.

• Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures to support operational excellence.

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Experience in QA/Eng leadership: At least 8 years of experience in designing and validating enterprise storage systems

• Deep Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of storage protocols, RAID technologies etc.

• Systems Engineering Background: Solid understanding of systems engineering principles, including operating systems, virtualization, networking, and cloud infrastructure integration.

• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to influence architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer success.

Desirable Requirements:

• Proven Experience in Storage Architecture: At least 8 years of experience in designing enterprise storage systems, including SAN, NAS, object storage, or software-defined storage solutions.

• Experience with Dell PowerFlex or similar SDS platforms is a strong advantage.
