Hours of Operation:

This position follows an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Ability to lead the accounting and financial forecasting for Supply Chain related costs, including freight.
• Cross-functionally partner with the      
• Inventory Purchasing, Branch Services, Accounts Payable and Warranty  departments to drive expense optimization and process efficiencies in Supply Chain related costs.
• Serve as a key partner in the      development of the future of Accounts Payable, including digitization and optimization of the end to end Accounts Payable process in CSD.
• Lead the EDI invoice process, including the timely resolution of errors.
• Partner with Technology Solutions to drive automation of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
• Correspond with vendors and corporate office.
• Play a key role in the accounting team during monthly close process.

Requirements

Soft Skills & Competencies: 

• Ability  to type 30-50 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 
• Use of 10-key or calculator
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Ability and desire to learn new technology, as needed
• Ability to operate standard office equipment

 Physical Requirements: The physical effort typically applied in this job includes:

• Lifting up to 60lbs 
• Standing  for long periods of time 
• Reaching/Bending
• Loading/Unloading      
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures depending on season)
