What you will do

Kenvue is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Associate Social Commerce Manager to lead our TikTok Shop initiatives in the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for managing TikTok Shops end-to-end, driving performance across key metrics, launching new branded storefronts, and collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize our presence in the fast-evolving social commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Operations

Manage all aspects of Kenvue’s TikTok Shop presence, including storefront setup, product listings, inventory, forecasting, and pricing.

Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for consumers.

Forecasting & Performance Management

Own and drive key performance indicators such as sales forecasting & tracking of key metrics including Gross Sales Volume, Impressions, and Reach.

Monitor analytics and consumer behavior to inform strategy and optimize performance.

Shop Launches

Lead the launch of new branded TikTok Shops across priority categories and product lines.

Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to align launches with broader marketing and sales goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal teams to evaluate and refine pricing, promotions, and pack/item selection for TikTok Shop features.

Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and analytics teams to ensure operational readiness.

Strategic Partnerships

Work directly with TikTok Shop representatives and Kenvue’s media agency to enhance our brand activation strategy.

Leverage platform insights and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and consumer engagement through media campaign and affiliate creator management.

Innovation & Platform Exploration

Stay informed on emerging social commerce platforms and trends.

Provide recommendations for pilot programs and future platform investments.

Required Qualifications

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, preferably in the U.S. market.

• Sales forecasting experience is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success managing TikTok Shop, DTC, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing and forecasting.

• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and consumer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer health, beauty, or CPG industries.

• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Creator Marketplace, and platform analytics tools.

• Understanding of U.S. DTC logistics and fulfillment models.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110.500,00 - $156.000,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
