About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with leaders across the company to bring in the talent that will drive AKASA’s next chapter of growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, dive deep into complex domains, source the right profiles, nurture the candidate experience, and persuasively sell candidates on AKASA’s mission. You will work closely with the Talent Team to contribute to our continuous improvement approach to process, talent strategy, and vision.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of searches, from kickoff and sourcing, through close, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Partner with leaders to understand priorities, quickly ramp on new domains, and turn complexity into clear hiring strategies
Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple mediums including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceboxAI
Champion a world class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process
Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, strong ATS hygiene, and strong execution of all SLAs
Employ a data-driven approach to debug processes, diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and drive improvements
Strategically partner with hiring managers, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to drive exceptional hiring outcomes
Proactively engage candidates from diverse backgrounds, building inclusive and representative teams
Skills + Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in-house (technical role experience a plus)
Demonstrable success at an early-stage tech company competing for and winning top-tier talent
Proven track record of attracting passive candidates and building a diverse pipeline
Strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy

Compensation
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $120,000-160,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate
