CACI is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Coach to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). 

Key Responsibilities  

DevSecOps Engineer - SME 

  •  Facilitates ScrumMaster (Project Manager) to perform Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), in support of DoDIN operations services 
  • Coaches’ teams on Agile principles and methodologies 

  • Helps ScrumMaster learn to remove obstacles and bottlenecks in the development process 

  • Promotes continuous improvement and team self-organization 

  • Assists in implementing Agile tools and practices 

  • Supports product owners and scrum masters 

  • Initiates monitoring and reporting on team performance metrics 

  • Encourages collaboration and communication within teams 

  • Helps align Agile practices with organizational goals 

  • Provides training and mentorship on Agile concepts 

  • Supports lifecycle management of IT applications (i.e., requirements, development, deployment, operation, optimization, and retirement) 

  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments 

  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives 

  • Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

  • May supervise others 

 

Required Skills:  

  • Current Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain TS is required. 

  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to include thorough technical documentation. 

  • Bachelor’s degree and ten years of relevant work experience.  

  • Must meet DoD 8140 IAT Level II or IAM Level I
