Your adventure begins now—unleash your potential with MANTECH!MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Developer Agile Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as CNO SME responsible for the development of front-end and back-end applications.
- Implement common services such as enterprise identity, credential, and access management.
- Implement modeling and communication capabilities that support integration, and inter-program synchronization.
- Guide continual improvement of development process and supporting Agile execution.
- Perform development of the conceptual and detailed design of applications in consideration to:
- Deployment of commercial or open source software
- Development of custom CNO software
- System configuration modifications
- Debugging and optimization
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, tester, operators, and customer program management to ensure quality product deliverable.
- Work within a Scaled Agile Framework Team environment.
- Work with stakeholders and customers to achieve a Certificate to Field (CtF) for software built by tenant application teams.
- Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation such as charts and graphs to record and present results.
- Explain complex issues to others in a manner that facilitates informed decision making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 8 years of experience
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Experience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule management
- Experience interfacing with customer leadership, user community members, and teams of software developers
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline implementations.
- Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Certificate to Field (CtF) processes.
- Experience with conflict resolution and team building.
- Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to present technical details to audi
