What You Bring

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience(Assistant Manager or leadership experience a plus)
• High-energy, customer-first attitude
• Strong training, mentoring, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel
• Strong written communication skills (professional notices, letters, emails)
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred

What You’ll Do

• Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for office and site teams
• Assist in training and developing team members
• Help manage delinquency, rent collections, and financial accuracy
• Drive occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative tasks
• Conduct tours and execute sales techniques to meet leasing goals
• Maintain accurate rent roll and resident records
• Deliver top-tier customer service—address resident concerns quickly and professionally
• Uphold a polished, professional demeanor at all times
