Job Description

This role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving complex service issues to ensure satisfaction and policy compliance, informing customers about resolutions, and conducting follow-ups for assured satisfaction. In addition, global order handling, processing, and returns while supporting a comprehensive range of product lines. Key responsibilities include administrative support for shipments, updating stakeholders, managing trade show and website leads, data entry, modifying customer orders in coordination with relevant departments, addressing technical queries, managing returns and credits process, maintaining customer profiles and pricing details, and undertaking special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

1. HS Diploma/GED or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred
2. Four years of related experience preferred
3. Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills
4. Strong computer skills including Excel, Salesforce, and ERP/CRM systems required
5. Positive attitude and demeanor to support both internal and external customers
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
7. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
