From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong> This role will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability of our legacy Data Warehouse while allowing the core team to focus on modernization efforts. Please let us know your thoughts on this approach.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Primary duties will include:  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with the Data Warehouse Lead to maintain and update existing multi-dimensional Data Warehouse and ETL processes, ensuring continued functionality.</li> <li>Developing and maintaining ad-hoc/recurring reports, automated feeds, and validating data to support business needs.</li> <li>Supporting warehouse databases and ETL processes across development, Pre-Prod Staging, and Live environments.</li> <li>Providing database data for ad-hoc analysis and resolving data inconsistencies.</li> <li>Maintaining and troubleshooting existing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and associated database objects.</li> <li>Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the intraday data feed and nightly ETL processes.</li> <li>Collaborating with the development team on optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance.</li> <li>Performing capacity planning to support legacy system stability.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>To land this role you will need</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2016 - TSQL / SSIS / SSRS.  </li> <li>Practical and theoretical knowledge of DW concepts.</li> <li>Strong experience with managing and creating ETL processes. </li> <li>Experience working in an agile environment using SCRUM methodology. </li> <li>Communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization, including senior management, IT teams.  </li> <li>Ability and desire to work in a successful, high-growth Internet environment, taking initiative to build new marketing programs.  </li> <li>Results oriented, team player with strong attention to detail.  </li> <li>Relevant experience in the finance services industry, FX or brokerage experience a plus.  </li> <li>Maintain database security, integrity and availability.  </li> </ul> <p><strong>Education / Certification Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering or related technical discipline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working environment: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office) at Mogilska 35 street.
