About the role

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)

Location: Riley Outpatient Center

Overview: This role provides administrative and operational support for the division chief and research physicians within a positive, close‑knit, and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support to leaders and teams
  • Manage calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Process invoices and handle inquiries
  • Address basic administrative and technical issues with guidance as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 0–3+ years of relevant experience (administrative experience preferred)
  • Experience working in a matrixed or complex environment is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
