Reporting to the Manager, Health Plan Services, the Account Analyst III is responsible for supporting the Provider Data Management product. The provider data management tool is used to ensure provider data is accurate, current, and compliant. Provider Data Management simplifies data management by gathering data from primary sources, enhancing that data using billions of data points, and guiding providers through a recommendation-driven attestation process.
The Account Analyst III works independently or as a member of a team with various internal and/or external departments to resolve payer concerns and deliver a high quality experience. This position has accountability for coordinating business and technical resources between the clients and Availity.

To be qualified for this position, you:
Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Have at least 3 years of experience in a customer relationship management role with at least 2 years supporting health care, payer, or provider relations.
Have strong analysis and research skills, specifically as demonstrated in health care companies.
Have strong client engagement/interaction skills.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
Have demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisions.
Have detailed knowledge of product and project management lifecycles.
Have HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and Availity product knowledge.

Working incoming support and enhancement request tickets along with our product teams.
Facilitating recurring or ad hoc conference calls on day-to-day operational items and may serve as back-up support for the Manager when they are unavailable.
Creating communications and reports for assigned tickets and products.
