About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Sourcer to partner with our Recruiting team in building world-class teams across critical business and corporate functions. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent across areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Communications, Creative, and other G&A functions. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled sourcer with experience mapping complex markets, engaging executive-caliber talent, and driving innovative sourcing strategies. This role is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact on scaling our leadership bench and corporate capabilities.

You Will:

• Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, organizational goals, and business priorities.

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies tailored to a wide range of corporate functions, from mid-level to senior leadership roles.

• Craft compelling outreach and personalized engagement strategies to attract passive candidates and strengthen our employment brand.

• Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn, market mapping, competitor research, talent intelligence tools) to identify and engage exceptional talent.

• Leverage data and reporting to track pipeline health, measure conversion rates, and provide insights that inform hiring strategies.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent access to high-quality talent pools.

• Share market intelligence and competitive insights with Recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to support strategic workforce planning.

• Contribute to cross-functional recruiting initiatives that improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate/business roles (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Communications, Marketing, Creative, or related functions).

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for leadership or executive-level positions.

• A proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent across G&A functions, from high-performing individual contributors to VP+ executives.

• Experience designing and executing market mapping, talent research, and innovative sourcing strategies for corporate teams.

• Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with experience supporting multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize sourcing strategies accordingly.

• Expertise in pipeline management, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and market intelligence platforms.
