Job Summary:

What part will you play?

• GAF Energy is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to manage solar installation projects from sales handoff to end-user Permission to Operate.
• This exciting role will report to a Project Coordination Supervisor and will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to define project requirements and ensure ongoing project progress. 
• You will learn how to be responsible for coordinating schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely and effective project delivery with high-quality standards.

What will you do?

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Develop effective roadmaps for large-scale projects with clear and concise timelines for completion.
• Learn the project operations lifecycle for a solar roof projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our roofing partners and homeowners.
• Communicate with contractors and the sales team, primarily over the phone, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Liaise between the sales and operations teams to support sales projects and deliver on completed projects.
• Approve all new projects and review sales requirements submitted by the sales team and roofing partners to expedite project timelines.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Stay in constant communication with clients to ensure all needs are met as projects evolve.
• Oversee the project order fulfillment process.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Work directly with Territory Managers and Sales Operations to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.

What do we require from you?

• Minimum of 1 year prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally including high-performing sales teams.
• Effective communicator proficient in both upward and downward communication.
• Adept listener with a collaborative approach, thriving in the dynamic environment of a startup where no task is insignificant
• Highly skilled in coordination and planning, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability. 
• Full-time, onsite presence required Monday through Friday.
