How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for providing technical knowledge in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC machinery, accessories, and automation equipment. You will also be supporting and assisting in training the team of technicians.
What do we want to know about you?
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors/associates degree or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC maintenance, installation and repair on a variety of brands and types of machinery
- Basic CNC programming and operation skills is required
- Experience with CNC machines and CNC machine maintenance is a required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs is required
- Previous roles as technician / applications engineer for a CNC Machine Tool Manufacturer or Authorized Aftermarket Service Provider desired
- CNC maintenance training or certificates a plus
- Understanding of safety compliance and guidelines involved with manufacturing, including, but not limited to, machine guarding, lock-out/tag-out, and more
- Above average mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
What will your typical day look like?
- Provide technical knowledge in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC machinery, accessories, and automation equipment
- Support and assist in training a team of technicians to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly
- Assist in identifying, maintaining and managing repair parts inventory
- Identify, document, and drive adherence to preventive maintenance on CNC machines
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement improvements and upgrades
- Aid in the capture of detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Other relevant duties as assigned (to ensure the safety, quality, performance, and cleanliness of our operations)

- Exposure to shop floor requires wearing PPE.
- Walking, climbing, stooping, stooping, bending, lifting is all part of the hands-on learning process.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
