Requirements

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven SEO/Link-Building Specialist with a well-rounded understanding of SEO principles. You will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing our website content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our SEO efforts are effective. You will also play a crucial role in acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable sources, driving referral traffic, and enhancing our online visibility.

Responsibilities:

On-Page Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms and optimize content accordingly.
• Perform on-page optimization, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content for target keywords.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve any website issues that may hinder search performance.
• Familiarity with technical SEO concepts, including website structure, sitemaps, and AI Overviews (AIO), and schema markup.

Link Building:

• Develop and implement effective link building strategies aligned with our overall SEO goals.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant websites, blogs, and online communities for link building opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with webmasters, editors, and influencers in our industry.
• Assist in creating compelling content (guest posts, infographics, etc.) to attract backlinks and engage target audiences.
• Monitor backlink performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular backlink audits to identify and assess the quality of existing backlinks.
• Understand legal and privacy issues related to e-business, such as data protection.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and traffic.
• Proven experience implementing link-building strategies
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to conduct keyword research, analyze data, and identify SEO opportunities.
• Ability to write engaging and informative content.

This is your moment to introduce yourself, highlight your skills and provide context about your professional experience. You'll be asked 3-4 questions and will have 3 attempts to record the answer that best reflects who you are as a candidate. We'll send you a link to the interview in your invitation email, and you can record it at your convenience using your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with a webcam. Once you've completed recording your one-way video interview, we'll provide an update to your candidacy within seven days or sooner.

Step 3: Job Fit Interview - If during the One-Way Video Interview we confirm that your background seems well-aligned for the role a team member will schedule 30 minutes for you to chat with the hiring manager. Here y
