Working Student – HR, Office & Finance (f/m/d)

At everstox, we are on a mission to revolutionize logistics with our tech-driven platform. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our HR, Office Management, and Finance teams. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core business areas while being part of a dynamic and international scale-up environment.

What you’ll do

People

• Support our HR team with administrative tasks such as preparing employee documents (e.g. reference letters)
• Help organize and run our bi-weekly team lunch & memorable team events and initiatives that shape our company culture

Office Management

• Ensure everyone feels comfortable and productive in our Munich office
• Take care of office supplies, equipment, and communication with external partners (e.g. facility management, service providers)

Finance

• Assist with our invoicing process, expense management, and financial reporting
• Support the team in day-to-day corporate finance, accounting, and controlling tasks

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled in university (business, management, HR, finance or related field) 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn 
• Native in German and fluent in English 
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
