Therapist - Outpatient - Full Time - Montrose Outpatient, Montrose, CO

Position Summary: 

The role of the Therapist is to participate as a member of the program team to design and implement the individual care plans for program clients in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and directives which apply.  Utilizes a variety of treatment approaches and case coordination to work with a diverse client population.   This position provides services in the outpatient office as well as in school-based settings.

Our ideal candidate for our Therapist position will have their master’s in one of the recognized mental health professions, be Colorado License Eligible/Licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD in the State of Colorado and have a minimum of (2) two years’ experience in the behavioral health field.  Experience working with youth, families, and school systems preferred.

Salary:

• Therapist-Unlicensed: Starts at $21.00 - $26.52 per hour, Non-Exempt
• Therapist-Licensed: $58,240.00 - $71,468.80, Exemption based on annualized salary.

Locale differentials are also included this position of $2,080.00 annually for full-time
