For 27 years, Teltonika has been one of the leading manufacturers of IoT solutions in the world, with sales offices in 27 countries and more than 2, 500 employees worldwide.
As a General Manager/Direttore Generale, you will be responsible for setting the company‘s strategic direction, driving operational excellence and ensuring long-term success. You will work closely with leadership team in HQ office and different stakeholders to scale the business.

Position Type: Service Agreement / contratto di servizio
In this role, you will:
- Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will drive company growth
- Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to find meaningful solutions
- Ensure the financial health of operations in the country, make decisions to optimize profitability, and ensure sustainability
- Creating workplaces and new office set-up issues
- Lead, build, and coordinate local teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration
- Fulfilling sales and cost goals set by the Head of the Regions
- Preparing, adapting, and organizing the internal systems, training for the employees
- Partnering with the global HR team and other stakeholders to maintain office policies as necessary
- Preparing and approving contracts with clients following applicable national laws
- Customize global strategies to fit local market conditions, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviors
- Represent the company professionally and maintain the employer's brand image within the local community
- Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance
- Ensure the management of the flow of goods
What we expect of you:
- A minimum of 4+ years of corporate finance and business management experience
- Fluent in the English language
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of accounting, local law, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures, and global matrix structures and adapt messages accordingly
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
