Job Summary:

Manages the oversight of the EEO, OFCCP Compliance and Investigations for Senior EEO Investigators and Wage & Hour Audits of the Securitas Employee Relations Department. Responsible for the development and implementation of the EEO Investigations team’s goals and objectives in a manner that is in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations and Securitas’ organizational policies and procedures in the area of discrimination/Equal Employment Opportunity.

Benefits Offered:

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

• Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change.

Education/Experience:

• At least 18 years of age 

• Bachelor’s Degree in; Business Administration, Human Resources or Relevant Field Preferred
