Job Description

• During your internship you create and establish statistic process controls in the area of wafer bonding.
• You develop and optimize concepts for these process controls and support them up to the production release.
• The processing of measurement data using statistical methods will also be part of your tasks.
• You closely cooperate with internal contacts.
• Not least, you document the developed procedures and write work instructions.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Know-how: confident use of MS Office and ideally experience working in a clean room
• Personality and Working Practice: responsible, motivated, goal-oriented, structured and independent
• Enthusiasm: interest in microsystems technology
• Languages: fluent in German or English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
