Overview

Private Duty CNA – East Ridge (Chattanooga), TN

 

Adoration Health is seeking a CNA to provide dedicated, one-on-one care for a young adult male client (age 19) in East Ridge, Chattanooga. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in private duty care.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• 45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Deliver tailored care to meet the needs of a young adult male.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment within the home setting.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Tennessee
• Compassionate and attentive with previous care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice• Provide patient and family education according to plan as outlined by the RN• Monitor patient’s vital signs and make specific measurements and observations• Monitor and record intake and output, and report significant changes immediately• Observe, assess and record patient’s physical and mental condition and report any changes• Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN• Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs, as assigned

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing• Previous home health, private duty, skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred• Ability to build rapport with patients and family members• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
