We are looking for a Sr. Production Specialist to join our Monomers team in Freeport.

As a Sr. Production Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production of hydroxylamine. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement and support plant performance.

• Monitoring and optimizing daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinating and prioritizing maintenance work within the unit to achieve production and budget targets.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new operators and mentoring junior staff.
• Maintaining accurate production records and preparing month-end closing.
• Leading scope development and implementation of unit turnarounds.

If you...

 

• Possess ideally 10+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Experience in hydroxylamine or the nylon 6 value chain is preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety, quality, and maintenance systems.
• Excel in communication and problem-solving within cross-functional teams
