Job Title: Security Field Supervisor – Swing Shift (2nd into 3rd)

Location: Traveling in Company Vehicle

Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Swing shift, covering 2nd into 3rd shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Security Field Supervisor to oversee operations during swing shifts. This position requires strong leadership skills, prior security knowledge, and the ability to ensure our team maintains a safe and professional environment at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
  
  
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure post coverage
  
  
• Provide guidance, training, and corrective actions as needed
  
  
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation
  
  
• Serve as a liaison between officers and management
  
  
• Respond to emergencies and assist with conflict resolution
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior security experience required
  
  
• Prior law enforcement or military background preferred (not required)
  
  
• ACT 235 Certification helpful but not required
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible swing shifts
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean background
