Summary: Looking for an Order-to-Cash Business Process Analyst, to play a critical role in managing the end-to-end OTC process, ensuring seamless order processing, efficient billing, and timely demand updates as we plan for our transition to SAP S/4 HANA.

Key focus will be on leveraging SAP ECC and S/4HANA knowledge to drive successful system transitions, testing and adoption.

Responsibilities include:

• • Analyze existing OTC processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document stakeholder needs
  • Participate in the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Understand the impact of system changes on OTC processes.
  • Configure and test OTC functionalities within the new system.
  • Capability for Order Management, including handling timely and accurate order creation, pricing, and delivery processing.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Preparing Demand and OTC-related reports and KPIs.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and recommend improvements.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OTC or Demand Forecasting processes, preferably with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and or SAP IBP
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SD module (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
