Job Details  

•  Hastings Financial Services is dynamic and fast growing lending business. We have big ambitions to become the best technology led lender of our generation.
• Working as a Loans Finance Administrator, your primary responsibility will be processing and allocating payments, paying funds to customers and collecting direct debits.
• You will also work collaboratively with the Operations Team - ensuring that that our financial processes run smoothly and that all customer queries are investigated.
• You will also be required to work proactively, identifying any financial problems or anomalies, recommending and implementing actions to resolve.

Skills we would love you to have

• This role is pivotal to the day to day operation of the loans business, therefore its important that you are able to work to tight deadlines
• what is also key is that you have a fine eye for detail as part of this role will be spotting problems and anomalies and reporting this to the team.
• We'd like to find someone who is highly numerate with a good working knowledge of excel an other office applications.
• good communication skills are key, with the ability to form strong working relationships, both inside and outside the loans business.
• Some experience in a finance role or financial services is desirable but not essential.
