As an Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives for our clients. This role is all about partnership - working alongside client teams to cultivate cultures, design systems, and develop processes and tools that embody agile principals.

What will you be doing?

• Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
• Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions and presenting insights and recommendations
• Team Collaboration - Play a proactive role in team success by organizing work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supporting and knowledge-sharing environment
• AI-Enabled Insights & Delivery - Utilize advanced AI tools and methodologies to enhance problem-solving, generate data-driven insights, and enable clients to realize value through the strategic and practical integration of AI solutions

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
• 5+ years experience in consulting or a related field
• Experience with leveraging AI tools and methodologies to enhance analysis, streamline delivery, and generate innovative client solutions
• Experience in tracking metrics, handling complex analysis, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements
• A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact
