LOCATION:  Work onsite in Las Vegas, NV
WORK TYPE: Hybrid remote and onsite in Las Vegas

OVERVIEW:

Come be a part of a global sports organization. Join a new Client-Setup & Integration team and work closely with our largest customers to provide first-class technical support and guidance throughout the entire customer journey with Sportradar.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Become an expert on Sportradar’s products and services.
• Technically lead/advise best practices for customer integration of Sportradar APIs, Hosted Solutions and other products then hands on assist customers with setup activities.
• Work closely with clients’ IT departments and Sportradar's Integration team with the purpose of integrating new or existing clients to Sportradar services.
• Trouble-shoot and report issues to development teams.
• Actively manage client-setup's following Sportradar’s standard processes based on internal and external client integration guidelines.
• Communicate directly with international key clients.
• Escalate unresolved issues.
• Help clients with the implementation/integration of data feed (on the network and on application level) with rapid reaction to any client issues during integration.

YOUR PROFILE:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Demonstrated success interfacing with high profile clients and providing exceptional customer service. 
• Experience with HTML, CSS, web technologies, XML, Json, SDK, JAVA, Python, Groovy, C, C++, or Perl is beneficial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical and complex topics to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to learn quickly and to acquire new technical skills, software products, and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
