Sr. Technical Business Analyst (Hybrid)

However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.   Reports to: Senior Manager, Product Management   About the role: Enova is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a passion for detail who can write clear business and technical requirements. You will showcase your requirement gathering and documentation skills by working on various projects across departments.   Responsibilities:

• Assist product managers with data migration, mapping, Business Intelligence (BI), and data analysis
• Interview business partners and compile and present data for IT risk assessments
• Collaborate with product and business teams to create roadmaps for future state architecture diagrams or tech execution
• Produce a variety of artifacts including business requirements, technical integration requirements, application dependencies, logic flow diagrams, data mapping, process
• Document and centralize business requirements for large compliance initiatives
• Facilitate meetings with multi-level stakeholders and communicate status updates

Requirements:

• 3+ years' interviewing stakeholders, negotiating, and writing requirements for technical integration work
• Basic project management experience with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and requirements (PostgreSQL a plus)
