We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions – We are expanding our Stockholm office and are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join us.</p> <p><strong>Would you like to...?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with ambitious clients to design new services that create a positive impact for business, people and planet</li> <li>Scope, plan and lead service design efforts with a global team of designers</li> <li>Conduct qualitative research to identify insights and opportunity spaces and turn them into innovative and differentiating service concepts</li> <li>Create future customer journeys across channels and touchpoints for some of the world’s leading international brands</li> <li>Make new service experiences tangible through scenarios, artefacts, prototypes and pilots, to be communicated with the client and tested with users</li> <li>Work closely together with clients and other actors, facilitating workshops and co-creation session</li> <li>Collaborate with designers from other disciplines to bring new services to life</li> </ul> <p><strong>We would like you to be...</strong></p> <ul> <li>A skilled professional with 5+ years of experience working with service design</li> <li>Great at synthesising primary research, analysing outputs from user insights, and developing actionable insights</li> <li>A great communicator and workshop facilitator and a solid client partner, able to listen, learn, advise and build strong relationships with our clients</li> <li>Have visual skills to communicate information in a way that creates common understanding and engagement</li> <li>Be proficient in other service design techniques like journey mapping, service prototyping, testing, service specification, blueprinting etc.</li> <li>A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive–and the guts – to bring them to life</li> <li>Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together</li> <li>A graduate in design, research, business, or other relevant educational backgrounds</li> <li>Fluent in Swedish and English – other languages are a bonus!</li> </ul> <strong>Would you like to join:</strong> <ul> <li>A cross-disciplinary team of dedicated and open-minded designers who will always root for you and support your growth as a designer and a human</li> <li>Friday Inspiration Breakfasts where we eat together, drink coffee, and share projects, learnings and methods</li> <li>Part of a 700+ strong global community of Designit colleagues across 19 studios continuously feeding inspiration and raising the quality bar both internally and for our clients and partners</li> </ul>
