About the role

Plaintiff-side law firm located in Burbank seeks an Administrative Coordinator. This position is for someone who possesses strong organizational skills and has a great attitude.   The day-to-day duties will include: supporting the intake team, handling incoming/outgoing mail correspondence, handling incoming/outgoing faxes, responding to emails, submitting and receiving documents via DocuSign, and various other administrative responsibilities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
