What You Will Do:
Provide IT systems administration for systems using Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems, including heterogeneous environments.
Work as a Team Lead in a fast-paced technological environment, providing guidance and assistance to less experienced members of the team.
Work with Security professionals to ensure compliance requirements are implemented and maintained. Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures.
Develop solutions and documentation to a variety of technical problems.
Assist your supervisor/manager with resource management, identifying skills gaps, managing workloads, covering absences, and provide performance feedback.
Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date
Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, using troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and OS integration, while adapting to evolving challenges as part of a team.
100% Onsite position, some local travel may be required.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Must have Windows and Linux systems administration experience.
Experience with one of the following: VMWare vCenter, vSphere, VDI, and ESX virtual computing methods
Qualifications We Prefer:
Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain desired.
Experience leading small teams.
Demonstrate experience with Red Hat Identity Manager
Experience with Ansible.
VMware highly desired.
Department of Defense Directive (DoD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) and an Operating System Certification. Ability to obtain 3 months.
Direct working experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF.
Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions. Specifically Net App.
Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
