About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic storyteller and culture champion to lead internal and social communications across our North American region. As our Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping employee engagement, amplifying our brand voice, and driving alignment with our mission and values.

This is more than a communications role — it’s an opportunity to influence culture, inspire teams, and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspire & Engage: Design and deliver compelling internal communication strategies that bring our purpose and values to life.
  • Create & Curate: Write, edit, and publish content across internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, digital signage) to inform, engage, and connect employees.
  • Amplify Our Voice: Manage and grow our social media presence to reflect our brand, culture, and community impact.
  • Partner for Impact: Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support change management, DEI, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Lead Events & Recognition: Plan and execute memorable employee events, town halls, and recognition programs that foster pride and belonging.
  • Champion Consistency: Ensure a unified tone, voice, and visual identity across all communications.
  • Innovate & Elevate: Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to how we communicate and connect across a diverse, multi-location workforce.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with creativity, agility, and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in change management communications and employee engagement.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in M&A communications.
  • Background in manufacturing or multi-site organizations (1,000+ employees).
  • Video editing and multimedia storytelling skills.
