Believe’s mission is to develop local artists and labels in the digital ecosystem by providing them the solutions they need to grow their audience at each stage of their career and development.</p><p>Its 2,020 employees in more than 50 countries aim to support local artists and labels with a unique digital expertise, respect, fairness and transparency.</p><p>To support our fast-growing presence on all continents, we are constantly looking for new Believers to join us and make a stronger and more positive impact on the music industry!</p><p>Believe is listed on compartment A of the regulated market of Euronext Paris (Ticker: BLV, ISIN: FR0014003FE9).</p><p>Ready to #setthetone with Believe?</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Integrated into the Platform Engineering team, and directly reporting to the Tribe Lead QA, we are looking for Quality engineers to join our Platform Engineering team! </p><p>Organized in a dotted-line structure, you will be fully integrated into product engineering squads to help Believe build our products with high quality.</p><p>As a Senior QA engineer, you will be responsible for sharing our quality principles, goals, and methodologies with the squads, and assisting them by implementing tools, processes, and metrics to achieve our quality targets.</p><p>You will act as the quality liaison between development teams, platform teams, and product teams to ensure all needs are met by implementing the necessary rituals or frameworks (Tres amigos, TDD/BDD, A/B testing, etc.).</p><p><u>Missions</u> </p><p><em>As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be able to   </em> </p><ul><li><p>Integrated into a tribe with multiple agile teams to master the functional scope and participate in the development of tests associated with the functionalities developed by the teams, as well as ensuring their quality. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Help the teams always keep quality in mind, acting as the QA coach to lead them towards an Agile QA vision, focused on shift-left and product value. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define and assist in the development of automated tests necessary for the continuous validation of the products. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure the stability of automated tests executed in continuous integration as well as the product itself. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define the software tools necessary for product testing and help the Core team to develop them. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure that all the Quality Gates (Sonarqube, functional testing, etc...) are correctly integrated and respected through our continuous integration pipeline </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist other QA members  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Actively participate in communities of practice, sharing work and proposing support. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Understand and challenge automated test architecture.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Propose quality metrics and help define dashboards/tools to follow these. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support team members, giving advice, coaching, sharing good practices, offering support and feedback that fosters a person’s skills </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><u>Profile</u></p><ul><li>Significant experience as an agile QA within a team and in test automation across different test environments. </li><li><p>Meticulous, autonomous, and detail-oriented </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong belief that robust and reliable software should be a priority. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with test automation incorporating Test Pyramid and Test Quadrant concepts </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Emphasis on the Agile QA mindset. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency with QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies (such as BDD/TDD, SonarQube, Cypress, Pytest, K6, etc.). </p></li></ul><p><u>Skills</u> </p><p>With extensive experience in software development or software quality, ensure a deep understanding of the product and maintain its high quality. Possess the following expertise: </p><ul><li><p>Proficient in using tools and languages associated with automated testing (Python, Pytest, Cypress, bash, etc.). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledgeable about containers and associated deployment systems </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of the security aspects of internet-exposed software. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Linux </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Expertise in backend testing </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Technical english </p></li></ul><p><u>Preferred Knowledge </u></p><ul><li><p>Practical experience with cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ideally, a good understanding of the music industry. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Don't hesitate to apply even if you don't meet all the job requirements!
