Job Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic and technically strong leader to oversee our global network and telecom infrastructure. This role is responsible for delivering secure, high-performance connectivity across data centers, resorts, cloud environments, and retail locations. You’ll lead a skilled team managing technologies such as Cisco Nexus, Extreme Networks, Check Point firewalls, SASE/SD-WAN platforms, F5 load balancers, Azure and multi-cloud networking, Avaya telephony, Cloud Contact Center platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like Terraform.

- Starting Wage: $117,000 - $156,000 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Define and execute enterprise network strategy aligned with business goals.
- Network Architecture & Operations
- Manage the lifecycle of enterprise networks across data centers, campuses, and WAN environments.
- Drive modernization, scalability, and security initiatives.
- Oversee SD-WAN and SASE deployments (e.g., Cato Networks).
- Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity
- Design and operate Azure networking (VNETs, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall).
- Architect and secure multi-cloud connectivity across Azure, GCP, and on-prem environments.
- Implement private connectivity solutions for low-latency, secure access.
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Champion network automation using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure consistent, policy-compliant deployments across environments.
- Security & Traffic Management
- Manage Check Point firewalls and enforce hybrid security policies
- Optimize F5 load balancers for availability and traffic control.
- Lead micro segmentation efforts to secure east-west traffic.
- Enterprise Telephony & CCaaS
- Oversee Avaya telephony systems across campuses and retail sites.
- Lead migration and integration of Cloud Contact Center platforms (CCaaS).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance of voice and contact center services.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support telephony modernization.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver resilient networks.
- Represent networking in audits, risk assessments, and executive discussions.
- Contribute to BCDR and cloud migration strategies.
- Project & Vendor Management
- Lead large-scale initiatives including tech refreshes and CCaaS transitions.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance and cost efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years in enterprise networking, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Extreme Networks, Check Point, F5, SASE/SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Proven expertise in Azure networking and multi-cloud architectures.
- Practical knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
