What You’ll Do

As our Lead Developer, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and support of applications, integrations, and automation solutions
• Serve as the senior technical expert, guiding architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with business leaders to turn real-world challenges into practical solutions
• Ensure application quality through code reviews, testing, and deployment oversight
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across platforms and teams
• Support ERP systems, reporting tools, and data integrations
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving growth and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software development or database experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Self-driven, motivated, and eager to make an impact
