🩺 Role Overview 

Pharmacy Technicians are integral members of the pharmacy care team, supporting safe, effective, and timely medication services under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. 

You will: 

  • 💊 Prepare, distribute, and store medications 

  • 💉 Assist with IV admixtures and chemotherapy preparations 

  • 🖥️ Utilize automated and computerized dispensing systems 

  • 🤝 Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams 

  • 📚 Once trained, teach and mentor other technicians 

  • 🗂️ Support administrative and operational pharmacy functions

📜 Licensure & Certification 

  • Active Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy licensure (Pharmacy Technician) 

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (current) 

🎓 Education & Experience 

  • High School Diploma (minimum age 18) 

  • Minimum 1,000 hours as a Pharmacy Technician<
