The objectives of this product are the development, configuration and maintenance of the HR tools used within our client. </p><p>Your role in this mission is to support the HR Customers.</p><p></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information. </p></li><li><p>Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems and proposing solutions. </p></li><li><p>Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality). </p></li><li><p>Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements. </p></li><li><p>Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions. </p></li><li><p>Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes. </p></li><li><p>Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience as IT business analyst. </p></li><li><p>Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a must with at least Employee Central and 2 other modules </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of English, plus knowledge of either Dutch or French. </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus </p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset, challenger and team player </p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of BABOK </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN and UML </p></li><li><p>User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture</p></li></ul><p></p><p>OUR OFFER<br/>- Contractual flexibility, a permanent contract or a freelance assignment;<br/>- Flexible working hours with the possibility of teleworking (1 to 3 days a week);<br/>- A team of enthusiastic, professional and talented colleagues in a good mood and atmosphere;<br/>- Personalized career coaching to support your development;<br/>- A company with a pleasant, dynamic and innovative working atmosphere<span>.</span></p><p></p><p><span>#LI-HA1</span></p><p></p><p></p>
