 Qualifications

• Dealership experience is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of Parts Manager experience.

• Proficiency with Reynolds/DMS systems preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record per company standards.

• Professional personal appearance and demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.

• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and pre-employment drug screening.
