Manager Customer Support

The Manager, Customer Support, is responsible for managing the Customer First Center and the Data Operations Tier 1 teams. This individual will balance time coaching, developing, and monitoring the operational performance of their direct reports with business tasks such as client relationship building, continuous improvement projects, and department reporting.

This is a full-time and hybrid position located in Louisville, Kentucky.

What you'll do

• Coach and develop staff while actively monitoring operational performance goals (SLAs and OLAs)

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients

• Ensure appropriate processes and tools are leveraged to manage and optimize performance

• Create and manage continuous improvement projects and strategies to improve overall customer service and measure productivity gains

• Improve customer experience by measuring departmental statistics and developing improvement plans

What experience you'll need

• A high school diploma, with an AA or BA degree in a related field preferred

• At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar environment

• At least one year of experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
