The Contract Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts and agreements comply with contract requirements, company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and assisting in the management of compliance-based contracts.  The Contract Compliance Analyst will work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to support contract management processes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operating mechanisms for contract management policies, procedures and tracking

  • Perform routine audits of the contract repository to ensure accuracy and identify any data collection gaps.

  • Monitor and report on compliance issues and trends.

  • Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and agreements.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to support contract management processes.

  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract compliance matters.

  • Effectively communicate team progress at varying levels across the organization

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 1+ year(s) experience).

Nice to Have

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential compliance risks.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI preferred), Snowflake and Salesforce

  • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives

  • Take initiative and develop creative solutions

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$66,400.00 - $99,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and l
