What You’ll Do

 

•    Oversee the handling of property claims, ensuring efficient and accurate claim resolution.
•    Lead a team of claims adjusters and support staff, providing training and development to enhance performance.
•    Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to align claims handling procedures with company policies.
•    Analyze claims data to identify trends and implement strategies to minimize risk and financial loss.
•    Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving any concerns related to claims.

 

What You’ll Need

 

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, with a focus on equipment breakdown coverage preferred.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite

•    Completed industry designations (AIC, AIM, AIS, ARM, CISR)

 

 

 

Salary for this position can range from $80496.00 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $120724.50 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
