About the role

Resource Innovations is currently seeking a Decarbonation Partner Manager to join our growing team in Northern California. As a Partner Manager with the Solution Delivery group at Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for supporting a network of subcontractors and trade allies (Partners) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, strong Partner performance, and ensure we meet and exceed client expectations related to Program Delivery. This will include partner relationship and performance oversight, contract management, and strategic partner engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Relationship & Performance Oversight:

  • Establishes, maintains and grows positive relationships with Partners.
  • Tracks and reports participation, project and customer satisfaction data from Partner network to Program Leadership.
  • Provides tailored support to Partners based on process issues and Program Manager requests.
  • Participates in ride alongs and verifications ad hoc to evaluate contractor performance and provide feedback.
  • Works with Field Managers to support Partner engagement.
  • Supports stakeholder engagement interviews and reporting.
  • Develops solutions that drive improvements in relationships and operations, creating a foundation for better communication and alignment.

Contract Management

  • Serves as Contract Manager, establishing and monitoring contracts, task orders and change orders with Partners.
  • Supports the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), manage biweekly KPI reporting and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Monitors and reports on Partner activities to Program Leadership.
  • Supports transitions after contract termination, if required.

Strategic Partner Engagement

  • Develops and manages a Partner recruitment and engagement strategy for multiple large commercial energy efficiency programs.
  • Coordinates with Program Leadership on evaluating the right price structure to drive partner participation in programs without compromising margins.
  • Captures and communicates feedback from Partners to Program Leadership to inform process improvements.
  • Supports strategic initiatives to drive increased Partner activities, in partnership with Program Managers to achieve program goals.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in preferably in a field related to environmental sciences, energy efficiency, or sustainability
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management
  • Previous and proven contract management experience
  • Experience working in California’s Energy Efficiency Regulatory environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% in California, with potential limited travel to Washington
