HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX

Signet is seeking an eCommerce Merchandiser who is able to work with speed and accuracy to maintain a SKU assortment of over 87K + for the Kay.com, KayOutlet.com.

Responsibilities

• Review individual SKU attributes, converting to customer friendly terminology, adding facet values, adding appropriate categories for mega menu, once images come through double checking information for accuracy, once copy comes through triple checking everything prior to approval
• Load SKUs submitted by merchandising, reviewing new SKUs for opportunities for linking, reviewing the site for linking opportunities; auditing SKU links for accuracy)
• Review the websites daily to ensure products are accurately displayed and marketing spots have been deployed correctly
• Prepare merchandise samples to be photographed including measuring dimensions and preparing paperwork necessary for a piece to go offsite
• Dropship assortment setup, maintenance, inventory tracking and vendor communications
• Review stuck orders & clean up bad records (keep knowledge base clean and correct bad records answered by special orders department)
• Review new third-party SKUs on the master file and upload cost through catalog loader and maintain cost for all active drop ship SKUs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience
• A basic understanding of the Microsoft application suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to learn, understand, and utilize Signet Akron’s internal systems (IMS, PIM, etc.) or eCommerce specific systems (Hybris, BazaarVoice, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

The salary range for this opportunity is $47,500 - $55,900. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
