- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Compliance, including composing and typing internal and external correspondences; travel arrangements, internet research/reservations, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Act as a conduit between several departments insuring goals are attained.
- Write, edit, design and produce product presentation, as advised, within deadlines.
- Coordinate other travel and plan events as required for other staff in the department.
Education/Experience:
- College degree or 5+ years of Executive level Administrative support experience
- Requires excellent PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where change is the norm.
- Ability to interact with all levels in the organization in a professional manner
- Markel offers hybrid working schedules of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
