Job Overview

The Creator Affiliate Network Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing external influencers and internal brand ambassadors that are enrolled in the Macy’s Creator Network. This role will support the day-to-day operations of our retail creator affiliate network, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, influencers and brand ambassadors are managed effectively, and program goals are met. The specialist will be detail-oriented and able to provide insights and reporting to senior leadership and collaborate across the team on POVs. The specialist will be instrumental in helping to scale the creator affiliate network by cultivating relationships with talent and brand ambassadors. 

What You Will Do

• Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of Macy’s creator affiliate network, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and within budget. 
• Support the management of the internal brand ambassador program, ensuring clear communication and adherence to campaign guidelines. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure consistency with campaign messaging and reporting. 
• Monitor and track the performance of network, generating regular reports on key metrics and performance indicators. 
• Assist in the management of network communication including any creative assets needed. 
• Help manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure campaigns run efficiently and deliver results. 
• Maintain accurate records of affiliate transactions, compensation structures, and performance metrics. 
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise within the program, collaborating with other teams to resolve concerns quickly. 
• Ensure that affiliate partners and brand ambassadors comply with program guidelines, legal requirements, and brand standards. 
• Assist with the recruitment of new affiliate partners and creators, identifying opportunities for program expansion. 

Skills You Will Need

• 3-5 years of experience in executing and managing creator affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or brand ambassador campaigns in a retail environment. 
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and best practices, with a focus on retail and e-commerce. 
• Experience with affiliate tracking tools, campaign management, and performance analytics. 
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams. 
• Detail-oriented with a keen ability to monitor performance and ensure campaign goals are met. 
• Ability to work independently and proactively, solving problems as they arise. 
• A passion for affiliate marketing, influencers, and the retail industry.
