Bringing Home the Dough
The Identity and Access Management Senior IAM Analyst is a hands-on role involved in the day-to-day administration of Identity and Access Management specific to the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process. Position is responsible for a broad range of tasks, including administration of IDAM tools and process development, as well as access control administration and assisting the Security Analysts, Security Engineers, and Security Architects in first level support initiatives.
The individual in this position interacts closely with personnel from the entire IT team, including User Services, Systems Engineering, and with business departments. A working knowledge of Flowers’ operating systems, applications, and IT processes is required.
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
• Perform access management security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, and applications in accordance with the defined policies, standards, and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines.
• Investigating and implementing an IDAM and privileged identity management (PIM) system to align with access policy and processes.
• Create/Maintain documentation for IDAM and PIM
• Provide support for onboarding of new applications to the Identity Management tool
• Assist with designing and implementing the Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) process
• Assist with Audit evidence-gathering
• Assist with quarterly SPEC campaign (Privileged Access Reviews)
• Assist Security Analyst as needed to monitor system logs, SIEM tools and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identifying monitoring opportunities and developing standard operating procedures for the SOC around access granting, usage and removal
• Assist Security Analyst as needed to produce exception and management reports.
• Stay up to date on industry trends in IDAM and PIM.
• Help coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledge base of the team.
• Provide oversight and leadership to team members regarding tickets, escalations, issues, and training opportunities.
• Other assigned duties as needed.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
• InfoSec certifications from organizations such as CompTIA, ISC2, EC Council, or GIAC Essentials a plus.
• Must obtain an entry level industry security certification within 12 months of accepting the position.
• 4+ years of information technology experience including at least 3 years IT security experience.
• 4+ years of applicable IT (or similar) service department experience, required
• Experience with customer service ticketing systems.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of IT technical requirements.Strong knowledge of application onboarding practices
• Basic knowledge of quarterly Privileged Access Review process
• Ability to analyze data and capture & present Audit evidence
• Ability to anticipate challenges and effectively resolve conflict.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to take responsibility for assignments and see them through to a successful completion with little oversight.
• Ability to be diplomatic, resourceful and persuasive; effective negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP Access Control and user maintenance
