Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource

If you are a leader, self-driver, and nimble thinker and love to take an active approach to positive change, we need you.  Some of the key responsibilities you will have are to drive overall plant efficiency to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), deliver cost savings through building capability in lean methodologies, and put your continuous improvement mindset to work. This is an onsite role located at our Rome plant, with the schedule of Monday – Friday, 6 am – 4 pm, or Monday – Friday, 1 am – 10 pm.

 

As a Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource on the Kellanova manufacturing reliability team, we want you to take a new approach to what otherwise might be the status quo. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Tools for Success—Leverage strategic methodologies, systems, and tools, such as Autonomous Maintenance, problem-solving, process mapping, and loss analysis, to drive the results of critical KPIs for the site. Deliver robust and effective presentations, using your communication skills as a change agent.
• Drive Change with Continuous Improvement Efforts—Execute cost savings projects that successfully deliver results. Identify process inefficiencies and sources of loss, champion systems and tools to drive out loss. Coach supervisors and frontline employees to build up capabilities. Support cost savings ideation sessions, applying diagnostics to understand and drive root cause analysis of the source of loss.
• Strategize to Win & Impact Results— Continually collaborate with hourly and salary personnel to identify and troubleshoot chronic losses utilizing data analysis and root-cause problem-solving techniques. Utilize systems and tools to reduce the source of loss and drive out inefficiencies within the manufacturing process.
• Empower Efficiency with a New Angle— Transform manufacturing capabilities by working with frontline personnel to identify and implement appropriate CLs and CILs for key pieces of equipment. Conduct health checks on programs and systems to ensure they are meeting standards of excellence.
• Empower Teams— Provide training for operations, leadership, and plant associates on methodologies, systems, and tools. Develop capability in operations and support teams to support plant implementation of AM and RM. 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• A passion for improvement and thinking outside the box.
• Strong desire and drive to be a change agent.
