What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of service professionals
• Oversee all daily operations of the service department
• Develop and manage annual budgets and department goals
• Drive business growth through marketing strategies and BDC collaboration
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Manage warranty claims, receivables, and compliance with manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and financial documentation
• Order parts and supplies as needed to support operations

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a Service Manager role
• Strong background in automotive parts and service operations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with CRM and inventory management tools
• Ability to interpret technical information and explain repairs clearly
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
