<p><span><span><span><span><span><span> </span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>Commercial Internship – Global Accounts</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>Tenaris, leader worldwide in the energy sector, is offering an internship in Dalmine (Bergamo) of the duration of 6 months inside the Commercial Business Unit.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>The person will be included in the team of Global Account, structure responsible for being: </span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Main point of contact with the headquarter of key global customers</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Main point of contact for all the Tenaris local sales units around the world </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Responsible of the relation with the customer, managing any aspect that may affect the relationship between the companies</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Chief negotiator for the renewal of long-term contracts and main support for any negotiation at regional level with local Business Units worldwide</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Responsible for customer demand planning process and main supervisor for orders follow up worldwide</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><b><u><span>Main activities</span></u></b><u><span>:</span></u></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Direct involved in Demand Planning tool of one of Tenaris' top 3 clients (database updating in Excel, checking all the information with Tenaris tutor and/or directly with the customer)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Internal Coordinator for orders follow up worldwide of one of Tenaris' top 3 clients (collecting internal information from all Tenaris subsidiaries around the world, excel file consolidation and deliver the report every 15 days to the customer)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Active participation to all the monthly meeting with the customer’s followed (meetings can be in Video Conference in Dalmine and/or in Milan in client’s office)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Day by day support to the team in preparation of spot reporting activities (such as price analysis, offer preparation, order management, strategic power point presentation)</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><u><span>Requirements</span></u><span>:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>At least Bachelor in Management Engineering or Economics</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Fluent English level</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Main Windows Office Software’s (Excel high knowledge recommended)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Curiosity, passion, attention to details, team working, good relational skills</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>High Interest in Negotiation</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>We believe that during the stage the candidate will have the chance to learn and develop his/her own skills, in particular:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>To have an overview of the main processes and routines that characterized a multinational company</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>To learn a work methodology finalized to support and drive managerial strategic decisions </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>To be part of an international environment with the possibility to </span><span>improve professional interaction &amp; communication skills </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>To meet customers personally in their offices in Italy</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>To start developing a strategic mentality in approaching customer &amp; new markets</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>To increase significantly his/her ability of managing data (Internet, Excel, Power Point)</span></span></span></span></li> </ul>
